A Closer Look at DFC Quality Control
Every day, our QC engineers inspect 30 parts per shift. Each of those parts is verified against a minimum of five key specifications. That means more than 70,000 brake parts and over 350,000 specifications are inspected and verified by our team every year. This level of detail allows us to provide aftermarket brake components that meet or exceed OEM standards and give shops and distributors complete confidence in every order.
What Sets Our QC Process Apart
Many aftermarket brands focus only on production volume, but at DFC, we focus on performance and reliability. Our inspection process covers critical areas such as rotor runout, thickness, chamfer angles, coating adhesion, and packaging integrity. If a part does not meet our strict requirements, it does not move forward. We do not recycle or reuse parts that fail inspection. They are discarded so only the best reaches your shelves.
