Testimonial Tuesday: Jason installs DFC 5000 brake pads on 2016 Toyota 4Runner

DFC Blog

It’s Testimonial Tuesday and we caught up with Jason from RT Clapp Car Repair Center in Tennessee.

DFC 5000 ADVANCED brake pads give you dependable stopping power on your daily drive. Whether you’re driving a family sedan, a sport compact or a light duty truck, the brake response is firm and responsive, like when your car was new.

Jason gives us his take on DFC 5000 ADVANCED brake pads as he installs them on a 2016 Toyota 4Runner. Click the video below to check out more.

In any braking system, the individual components need to interact with each other for an optimal stopping experience.

Each component depends on each other, and on specific measurements that are designed into each part. All of this ensures a complete system match for your vehicle.

DFC 5000-Advanced Pads

DFC 5000 ADVANCED brake pads were formulated for each individual axle, with friction materials designed to meet the increasing demands of modern vehicles with ABS.

DFC is the first to act upon these new demands by not only reviewing the original equipment brake systems by platform, but specific vehicles within the platform.

It often happens with specific vehicle tuning (such as a change in wheel and tire size), that the friction material is also changed to compensate for the increased (or decreased) traction capability without changing any of the other parameters in the braking system.

We have taken all of this into account and provide the market with the appropriate friction for each axle of each and every vehicle.

Testimonial Tuesday: Robert from TLC Automotive talks heat dissipation and DFC 5000 ADVANCED pads

DFC Blog

We stand by the premium quality of DFC 5000 ADVANCED brake pads and are confident they improve driving safety and overall braking performance.

We caught up with Robert from TLC Automotive to talk shop. Click the video below to hear his thoughts on heat dissipation and other top value features of the DFC 5000 ADVANCED brake pads.

DFC 5000 ADVANCED brake pads are specially formulated for each axle. Because individual components need to interact with one another (each depending on very specific parameters designed into each part), these pads were designed for a system match.

They are a popular choice for compact sports cars, family sedans and even light duty trucks. As far as maintaining balanced braking (important for vehicles with ABS and automated braking), these pads deliver smooth and reliable stopping power.

DFC 5000 Advanced Brake Pads

DFC 5000 ADVANCED brake pads provide the proper friction performance through efficient heat dissipation and are a 100% asbestos-free.

Customers have delighted in both the reasonable price point and the overall quality of these pads. The braking period is very good and there are no squeaks and no shaking. Furthermore, they dissipate heat quickly–meaning rotors won’t get warped.

Due to the sophistication in today’s vehicles, we are committed to offering brake parts of the highest standard and performance.

DFC: A Commitment to Engineering Excellence

DFC Blog

Here at DFC, we take pride in our commitment to R & D.

Our goal is as big as our challenge: to be the leader in developing best in-class brake parts for our industry. Because of this, our products undergo a rigorous research and development process that matches our drive and mission as a company. We invest in top research technology and leverage tools and resources to develop premium quality products that you can rely on.

1. Data Capture

We use state of the art, data acquisition equipment and software in order to measure all dimensions of an OEM part. We do this to ensure that every single product is accurate and faithful to the original design.

2. Modeling & Analysis

DFC uses parametric modeling to simulate real-world performance. We evaluate and optimize all of our designs accordingly, so you get real-world results.

3. Production Drawings

Production Drawings are created in-house, so we own the design and control the fit, the form, and the function of each. This allows us to control and maximize the safety and consistency of all of our parts.

4. Quality Control

To ensure that our end users enjoy a positive experience with our products, we use a mix of manual and automatic processes. Our calibrated measurement equipment and our optical CMM is used for a consistent and objective standard of quality; a standard of quality you can depend on.

Conclusion

At DFC, we use these four main engineering processes in order to give you what you deserve: safety and satisfaction. We’ll help you stop…when you’re ready to go.

Auto Experts agree that these are THE BEST Brake Pads on the market.

DFC Blog

Today, vehicles are increasingly more sophisticated. These vehicles demand the absolute highest quality and performance from their individual components, driven by the move towards autonomous mobility. With this change, the individual components in all braking systems need to interact with one another harmoniously, each depending on very specific parameters designed into each part.

Dynamic Friction Company (DFC) is the first to act upon these new demands by not only reviewing the original equipment brake systems by platform, but specific vehicles within the platform. It is often the case that with specific vehicle tuning, such as a change in wheel and tire size, that the friction material is also changed to compensate for the increased (or decreased) traction capability without changing any of the other parameters in the braking system.

We at DFC have taken all of this into account, and provide the market with the appropriate friction for each axle of every individual vehicle.
